GENERAL
One look at Archer will tell you just about everything you need to know in regards to this permissions post. However, this is very important, especially if you want to fight Archer. Please fill out the form below!

Can Archer hurt your character?: Archer is not very skilled in hand-to-hand combat, but the automail more than makes up for it. He can easily lift an average-sized man well above his head ~~and accidentally strangle him~~. He also has some ammo (a limited amount, but enough to last him a little while here in Vatheon if he doesn't bulletspam) and will shoot people, both in vital and non-vital areas. His aim is fairly good too. Please keep these in mind!
How badly can he hurt your character?: Can he kill your character? Maim them? Or are we just talking scratches and bruises?
Anything else?: Self explanatory.

Backtagging: Of course! I'm perfectly fine handwaving things as well.
Threadhopping: Ask me first, but I'll most likely say yes.
Fourthwalling: Sure! I do it all the time in action brackets. Throwing these things at Archer will... not do anything, he won't believe you.
Offensive subjects: None I can think of. I'll let you know if we get into something I'm not comfortable with though.

Hugging this character: Why would you want to...? Sure, go for it, but Archer isn't a very huggy person and will probably try to throw you off. Sorry.
Kissing this character: NO REALLY WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO he kind of has a cannon in his mouth so uh... you really don't want to. Just saying.
Flirting with this character: Why...? Sure, feel free to. He'll just lineface forever.
Fighting with this character: Of course! There's more info on this up above.
Injuring this character: Archer is basically a tank with the automail. He's near impossible to kill from the front, and he can only be hurt by anything hitting his human side. He's survived being shot at, being blasted by a grenade, and getting in a car crash. Ultimately, he's difficult to take down. I don't mind minor injuries, but please ask about major ones. Disabling Archer's automail or destroying it is perfectly fine, however!
Killing this character: Talk to me first and we'll figure something out!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Considering that Archer pretty much speaks his mind regardless of if you want to hear it or not, there's not much of a reason for this. But! I'm more than willing to let you in on what he's thinking. Just ask me first!

Warnings: See above for combat details. Archer is a horrible person and will bring up horrible subjects (war, the murder of thousands of people, being bffs with a murderer, the Homunculi...) so please let me know if any of that is something you want to avoid.
